After more than 20 years helping organizations navigate HR outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and technology decisions, I realized there was a better way.

Too often, I saw businesses paying for technology they didn't fully use, staying with familiar systems that no longer fit their needs, or making important decisions without objective guidance.

That's why I founded SkillRx.

My goal is simple: help organizations make confident business decisions through honest advice, thoughtful strategy, and recommendations that are always in the client's best interest.

My experience spans executive consulting, workforce strategy, technology advisory, operational optimization, and organizational transformation, so I launched SkillRx and entered the independent advisory world.
